Cluny Gravel | A ridge Gravel, ideal for drive ways , Gravel pads etc. Orange/Brown in colour with a high clay content. Cluny gravel is our cheapest road base gravel, giving very good compaction results when rolled with correct moisture content. | Mallane Pit Gravel | Also a Ridge Gravel, with less clay content than Cluny Gravel. This gravel also gives good compaction results and is easily blended with other gravels for different finishes. | Wards Granite Gravel | A fine granite gravel, white in colour with a lower clay content than our ridge gravels. Wards gravel gives excellent compaction results when blended with other gravels and is ideal for a finished drieway surface or as a prepared surface for bitumen seal. | D.G.B. 20 Gravel | A designed Gravel that meets Most Government agency requirements. This gravel is grey in colour and offers excellent compaction properties. D.G.B. 20 is used under most roads and carparks as a finished surface to which bitumen is readily accepting. | Granite/Black Mountain Mix | A mixed Gravel, white in color . Ideal as a Decorative base for pathways. The high clay content of the the Black Mtn gravel bonds easily with Granite to create a hard wearing, attractive base that will last for years under pedestrian traffic. | Carlons Gravel | A ridge Gravel that is lower in clay content than Cluny gravel but has a higher concentration of stone. Carlons complements Cluny in a wide range of applications, namely driveways and gravel pads. | Stablised Gravel | Gravels that have Cement added to ensure a hard surface in a short period of time. Ideal for area's that have a soft or very wet base. Mixed with around 4% cement, Stabilised Gravel offers a fast and cost effective way of gaining a strong base. | | | | | | | | | | |
